Log into your INAIRSPACE account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included, and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes to ensure the safe arrival of your device at our warehouse.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
